DC Habitat for Humanity Volunteers

VolunteerHub - If you have already attended one of our Nuts & Bolts new volunteer orientation meetings and would like to check for any construction openings, please visit our online calendar at VolunteerHub.

Directions to the NE Parcel construction site (55th and Clay St, NE).

Note: Please do not come to the site unless you have been confirmed to volunteer that day. We have a limited number of volunteers who can work on the site at any given time. Thank you.

Release of Liability for Juveniles - A minor can volunteer of the worksite if they are 16 or older and have a copy of this liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian. No form, no worksite!

Adult General Liability Release - For legal purposes, we require all volunteers sign one of these forms before beginning the workday. Volunteers recognize that being on the worksite can be dangerous, and that they do construction work at their own risk. Copies of this are also available on the worksite.

Sweat Equity Report Form - This timesheet is used by homebuyers, friends and family partners to keep track of their hours. Timesheets are then processed and added to their sweat equity total.

Community Service Hours Timesheet - Planning on volunteering for DC Habitat for your community service hours? Use this sheet to keep track of your hours. Print out a copy, bring it with you to the office or worksite every time you volunteer, and make sure you get a signature from a member of the Habitat staff.
